Great app, many choices, purpose explanation. I loved 3: the standing - abs, the 5-min one and the athletic-full-core workouts. What it needs to be perfect, is added: 1) better instructions on the video guides. I combined it with other workout apps in order to have better visuals of what to do. 2) the option to partly quick-view the locked exercises 2) how many times a week each program should be done for best results. I only saw that on the 15' cardio - abs one.

Great app. The workout was well-designed with warm up and cool down, so it won't strain your body too much. Highly recommended this for anyone who wants to burn your belly fat

App was great until they changed the interface and design and workouts themselves. The workouts I loved are gone. New ones are repetitive and boring. Animations/ pictures were helpful references, now useless and contradict the instructions. Instructions say layon your back and the pic is of a guy laying face down. Bear crawl hold pic is a guy doing a side plank. Trash app.
