Great improvement of the design and utility on the new generation. Many of the small issues have been addressed that make the upgrade worth it. Like the battery life and charging speed. Sturdiness of the handlebars. The extra charging port cover and redesign of the male charging cord that is less likely to be bent. The app and ride quality are improved with the only concern now being data and privacy given the requirement of the app tho likely an increase in security if stolen. Well done Unagi

Got a new voyager one scooter. Only for it to be unusable because the app crashes on login. Would give -ve rating if possible

Did not hold up to the scooter deal had to wait over a week and a half just to find out they canceled my scooter after I sat home all day waiting on FedEx and didn't even notify me to tell me it canceled my order for no reason screwed me around for week and half for nothing! Do not get unagi scooters it's a joke!!!!
