Coach Nesi is amazing. She is very attentive, resourceful, down to earth, encouraging. Workouts are challenging, but there's a level for everyone. There are modifications. She focuses on your form and builds a safe foundation for you. Classes are dare I say fun, there's always a good sweat. The app gives you the flexibility to complete your workouts and stretching exercises on your time when life happens, but you still follow a plan towards your goals. I'd recommend her class for all levels.
