I have always had exceptional service, when traveling. They are the only cab service I will use in Madison. I have tried the others, and just find that union cab drivers, are not racing for their next fare...meaning, I feel safe when riding with them. And that is important to me.

"Unfortunately we cannot book a taxi from this area" I live in the middle of Madison, going to work IN MADISON. Is there multiple Madison's in Wisconsin? What is the point of an app that doesn't work??

I had nonstop issues wirh the app. It would always show as searching even after a cab was assigned. I'm just going to call in from now on.

Every time I try to book a cab, it tells me my password is incorrect. This happens on their website as well. Even when I re-register and immediately attempt to log on using the exact same password, it tells me my password is wrong. This happened months ago, and it happened again today. Uninstalling the app, again. Probably switching cab companies, too.
