⭐ 1 Star This is one of the worst banking apps I have ever used. The app works for one day and then remains unavailable for the next two days. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue, they only say that my complaint has been registered and ask me to visit my base branch. If customers have to visit the branch for every technical issue, then what is the purpose of having a mobile banking app? This app is unreliable and causes unnecessary inconvenience. T
