This financial place stole $6,000.00 plus from my account. Then put up a bunch of false charges onto my account. Now trying to convince me that what they did was right. By going back into the back office a getting another associate to convince me that what they are doing is right. After paying on this loan for 2 1/2;years. PEOPLE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THIS BANK. ESPECIALLY WITH THEIR SAFFORD BRANCH. THIEVES THEY TRULY ARE

I used to love this app. Now they literally have added ads so when your app opens, and you go to click on your account, it bounces down just as you go to couch on it, and you click one of their ads. If the bank wasn't so good I'd get rid of the app which I may do anyway and just use their website. This never used to be an issue. The other issue is how the app works in general. It used to be so good then they fixed what wasn't broken. I swear we are going backwards with technology.
