Union Mobile app is very easy to navigate. But When it comes to network problems, it happens to any other Banks. All we want is better network and improvements for unlimited transactions. And also to other users, this app doesn't work well on old android phones, like from android 10 down. It may restart ur phone or app crashing.

Since last week my transactions are not usually completed before logging me out. Transferring fund are deducted but not delivered to its destinations. Kindly help rectify this situation. Thank you. Thank you very much. I'm glad to say the concluded transactions have been reversed. The new problem now, is that I cannot complete my transactions because the Bank is not sending OTP to enable me complete my transfers. Kindly rectify the problem. Thank you very much.

The only worst banking app I ever use, regret banking with union, I won't have opened an account with union in my right state of mind if not for nysc and the moment am done serving I'll deactivate the useless stuff. If 0 star was an option then 0 rate it is. and the customer service here in kubwa very rude and aggressive women I never want to meet again, so I keep praying never to have bank or app issues
