Each time I visit your store, more often at Clementi mall, I will approach one of your sales staff who will help me key in my orders for collection at Clementi mall branch. All done with the fastest In efficiency. And since I have a leg problem, the staff will get me a chair to sit while we go through my order. UI and UX experience terrible. So hard to sort by sales item. Sometimes the back button takes me to a random page. Tapping on Search icon to land on the women's selection is counterintuitive. Can't tell you how many things trigger me on this app. Terrible terrible terrible 👎🏽👎🏾

Sometimes when you try to filter to Men's clothes, they still show female models and female clothes. Quite annoying LOL when I select "Men" I'm trying to buy clothes for myself, not making a political statement 😑 why show me female clothes?

Now, from the vertical scrolling homepage, after you've interested customers with a product and price, and they tap in, you bring them to the category page instead of the exact product. Why? I'm not going to search an entire category page to find a single product. You've lost many add to carts and purchases because of this :(
