Con l'app UniSalute Up puoi gestire i tuoi servizi in modo ancora più semplice e veloce. Da oggi hai una novità in più: nella sezione “Polizza” puoi consultare il Set Informativo relativo alla tua polizza che contiene tutta la documentazione di dettaglio come previsto dalla normativa vigente. Inoltre, per le polizze che lo prevedono, puoi visualizzare e scaricare il Modulo Estero, che attesta la validità della tua copertura sanitaria anche all’estero
In particolare puoi: - prenotare visite ed esami presso le strutture sanitarie convenzionate: puoi chiedere a UniSalute di prenotare per te oppure, grazie alla nuova funzione, puoi prenotare in autonomia l’appuntamento con la struttura sanitaria e lo comunichi a UniSalute
- visualizzare l’agenda con i tuoi prossimi appuntamenti per visite ed esami, modificarli o disdirli
- chiedere il rimborso delle spese per le tue prestazioni semplicemente caricando la foto delle fatture e dei documenti richiesti per il rimborso
- consultare l’estratto conto per verificare lo stato di lavorazione delle richieste di rimborso. Puoi anche integrare la documentazione con i documenti mancanti se richiesto da UniSalute
- ricevere notifiche in tempo reale con gli aggiornamenti sui tuoi appuntamenti e sulle tue richieste di rimborso
- accedere alla sezione Per Te per scoprire le polizze integrative per completare il tuo piano sanitario e leggere le news e gli articoli del Blog InSalute
- visualizzare tutte le informazioni relative alla tua polizza: Set Informativo che contiene tutta la documentazione di dettaglio come previsto dalla normativa vigente (Condizioni di Assicurazione, DIP, DIP aggiuntivo ecc..). Inoltre, per le polizze che lo prevedono, puoi visualizzare e scaricare il Modulo Estero, che attesta la validità della tua copertura sanitaria anche all’estero.
- gestire e modificare i tuoi dati personali e quelli dei tuoi familiari (anagrafica, recapiti, contatti, dati bancari) e scegliere se autorizzare i tuoi familiari maggiorenni alla visualizzazione dei tuoi dati sanitari. Puoi consultare l’elenco dei tuoi familiari in copertura, modificare le informazioni sull’esercizio dei diritti nei loro confronti (ruolo genitoriale) e puoi gestire il consenso privacy dei familiari maggiorenni.
