App is useless. Deleting it now. Won't bother wasting my time at united again. Either it has crashed or Tells me I have to get the code from either SMS or Email. NO CODE HAS EVER BEEN SENT. More often than not the app does not work. Console operators just deny all knowledge and charge full price. It's a SHAM!!! Do not bother. Review forces me to give app 2 stars. Put a bold - (minus) in front.
