Absolutely wonderful bank we've been with for over 20 years, and they always take care of their customers, and they're all about their customers well-being! We wouldn't bank with anybody else, this is one bank that is about customer service and the people they serve, they are truly an honest bank that puts the people they serve 1st.

A banking app is a vital necessity in the modern day. They should never become incompatible with slightly older phones. No one should have to get a new phone to utilize a banking app. We come to credit unions because we want a better way to handle our money that is more accessible, and treats people fairly. This new app update is classist, and bad for the environment. Fyi Unitus, people are keeping their phones for longer as it's better for our planet.

This app is no longer compatible with my device. Very frustrating. I was supposed to get a call back from a specialist from Unitus about this yesterday, but no one has called me back.

This app no longer works at all on my Android device. Starting it brings up a warning stating that the app requires update, with a link to the Google Play Store page, which says the app is no longer supported on my device. Unitus customer service reps on the phone and here have stated that this is due to updates needed on the device, but it is fully updated. I now can't deposit checks anymore and will have to find another credit union over this. Unacceptable. Do something to fix it please!
