This app is great!!! Those of you that left less than 5 stars are probably confusing the makers of the mobile app with your installer. Should probably contact your installation company directly.

The design is very straight forward and user-friendly. Just need to add more features like removing/adding directional and lockboxes which I hope to be added in the next software update. But overall, it is great app!

Had an issue while transitioning to new realty. Developers followed up several times to make sure resolved. Completely satisfied.

Unhappy with the inability to speak with Falcon signs. Poor customer service. No/wrong pricing info until after order is placed. The folks at UpSignDown app are great! I am so impressed by this app company and their customer is tops!

Fantastic sign and sign post installation and removal service. Incredible prices with fast service too. All done from my phone! Amazing.

There is absolutely zero customer support. The order was screwed up. Nobody answered the phone. Hard to find physical address to go directly to the company. WAS BILLED 3 times for the same job.
★☆☆☆☆Dep Account· Jul 14, 2021
The app has possibilities but is poorly designed. Ordered sign installation from one company but when I went to pay, it showed a different company installing the sign. Now, just want to add an Under Contract Rider, choices are NOT CLEAR, can't see what you are typing in the request if you are on your cell and if you do anything after you have typed your request (like click info to double-check who the order is being sent to) it clears out your text. Canceled n now it says "sign down" WTH??
