The user interface is well-designed and the course content is useful and easy to follow. However, in the Microsoft AI Foundation course, audio support is not available for Tamil and Malayalam, while Hindi and Telugu are provided. Since several Indian languages are already supported, excluding Tamil and Malayalam reduces accessibility for many learners. Adding audio options for these languages would make the course more inclusive and learner-friendly across different regions of India.

I strongly advise everyone not to enroll in Upgrade’s online MBA that promises 100% placement. Despite paying a hefty fee of Rs 2,00,000 for a distance course they claim is equivalent to a regular MBA, I received no placement support and no valid degree. Upgrade is not trustworthy. They will only waste your time and money on a worthless degree. I plan to file a consumer case against them

Worst Service ever by Upgrade. The program coordinator Dashiki Kathak is absolutely pathetic. She is not fit to be a program coordinator at all. Dashiki and other upgrade staff don't respond to student mails or queries once they get money from students.

Courses are heavily marked up, not worth the money. Then you have to repeatedly follow up for the certificate. I am not sure if they will even give it. Support person calls and ask if you completed this and that assignment which are not even in the course. Why can't they see that their portal says it is completed 100%
