My experience is bad till now. Every time they asked to register in webinar but u wait for webinar but no webinar provided ... no good experience from uptodd... for downloading app they ask u to pay 499 but further no use of app

Poor customer service. It's just until you get enrolled, these people are very sweet and once after enrollment, they didn't even respond to your queries/questions. They just send you the kit which is not even worth if Rs30k and leave you parents alone to do hell with the kit. It's like HUD dekho HUD Kro. 1000 rs ki kit 30000 me de denge and then whole team disappear. Kisi ko koi matlab nh h. No follow-ups no two-way communication. Regretting taking subscription . It is only marketing scam

It is not tailored for each baby as advertised. They advertise that they have very experienced child psychologists etc., but I checked the profile of the psychologist who was assigned to me, and she was a trainee who had just completed her course 1 to 2 months back. They send toys(a wooden clanker and wooden spiral).and some materials which wouldn't be very useful. My baby was 3 mnth when I bought their plan. I did not find it useful just an utter waste of money. Not sure abt oth age grp expand

Poor Customer Service. I have received uptodd cereal containing warms/larvae. I have sent a Complaint email to upptodd customer support, however, I did not receive any response. When I try to highlight this on the upptodd community, someone from the upptodd team deleted my post without contacting me. This lack of response and the deletion of my post leaves me feeling ignored and unheard as a customer. After subscribing to the app, there is no follow up or meaningful customer service.
