I did not get intimation that there are no cleaning personnel available for the date / time on which I booked the services. When I checked the app to confirm if my services were approved, I found it to be in pending status. I waited for some updates till my booking time and then called up customer care representative who actually had no information. She called me back only to inform me there are no cleaning personnel available. Very bad service!!!

I had booked for a tv repair service. The service man came, opened the tv and took away the parts of the tv with him along with the payment. Now he is saying that he will be unable to come to repair it further. All the parts are with him. There is no customer care support response.

Worst app. Technicians doesn't visit even if you book. I requested for AC service, however no one visited neither called. Worst service. Would recommend Urban Clap which is really reputed & values customer's time. Don't go for this cheap and duplicate app.
