No benefit to the tenant and a violation of their right to privacy by enabling landlords to screen based on illegal biases like discriminating against pet owners. No sane tenant would pay to have their rights and freedoms curtailed to help lazy landlords, especially as there is no reciprocation and being able to rank landlords based on number of bylaw infractions, T2 or T6 landlord tenant board applications filed against them, etc.

They're on their entire website. Does it tell you how much they're going to charge you after you make that appointment? That's a little sketch to me. That nobody is asked that as a question. And you don't have an answer for it. But you can avoid the question like the plague. So yeah, give you one star who's. I can't find how much you are going to charge me to come out and look at it a riff off anyway.
