The Urbana application additionally includes a digital tourist card – Ljubljana card and the possibility of transferring a physical Urbana card to the application. Urbana is your city in the palm of your hand, always and everywhere.

Perfect! I have been waiting for an option to bind my credit card to my LPP account for sooo long. I also really love the map design and that it actually shows where your bus is and where it is going. The only thing that could be improved is the UI design for checking when a particular line arrives at your bus stop (i.e. incoming bus lines with aproximate time of arrival), since the text is quite small.

I wish there would be a choice to use Bluetooth or NFC for validation, because Bluetooth is slower than taping with NFC and NFC would allow use of urbanists.

Urbana card was paired with the app, simple interface, easy to use! Had 0 issues so far. You can top up balance using credit card! Bravo!

This app is useless. Please beware!!! Buses in Ljubljana accept payment by card and will charge you TWICE when you use the app on a bus. You will pay once from Urbana app and once from any card that you have default for contact less. Just use any visa card to pay on-board the buses instead of this awful app. We got charges twice for every trip we used the app for! Waste of money and total scam.

Zero stars... We have wasted so much time trying to pay for our parking spot. Zero user-friendly. Seriously, I'm going to have to wake up at 6:45am to go and pay for my parking because you guys don't allow to make upfront payments? That's lack of empathy for those who finish work late. I want my refund! PS - I just realized my credit will be valid until Jan 1, 2040... So, I guess you guys have 15 years to improve the app, so I can spend the credit that I have there.
