I don't know how the system really works. I find it strange that the scoring of my smr seems to be very random. If eel that I do exactly the same thing (posture, mindfulness, relaxation, eye gazing, breathing, etc), but the results can be very different. If the objective of this system is to train my brain to generate smr wave, it doesn't seem too work. but I give I benefits of the doubt and continue practicing. I am at Session 15. Hopefully after Session 40, I got the result
