Like it a lot, but it struggles on my pixel 9. I did it for a while last year, it helped some, but I never reached 90% and gave up. I'm giving it another go after reading more about sleep compression. However it keeps freezing or won't accept input on my pixel 9. :-(

Won't let you use the app unless you specifically say which employer or health association referred you, and there are seemingly no options for employers/organizations to choose from. Completely confounding

Forces you to enter your Health Organization, but Kaiser is not there, and neither are any others I've tried. What the heck? Uninstalled in favor of the CBT-I Coach app by the US Department of Veteran Affairs, which is free and respects your privacy by not requiring any account.

Recommended as one of the best apps for cbti, but no individual access. I agree with another comment about how it shows the broken health care system. Not everyone can afford cbti treatment programs that work in tandem with sleepio.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
