Like it a lot, but it struggles on my pixel 9. I did it for a while last year, it helped some, but I never reached 90% and gave up. I'm giving it another go after reading more about sleep compression. However it keeps freezing or won't accept input on my pixel 9. :-(

Recommended as one of the best apps for cbti, but no individual access. I agree with another comment about how it shows the broken health care system. Not everyone can afford cbti treatment programs that work in tandem with sleepio.

App installed, I open it, get a login page. There is no way to set up a new account. I tap "login" thinking maybe it's on the next page. Nope. I can't continue. This is obviously some kind of setup problem which needs to be fixed but in the meantime, since the app is useless to me, I will uninstall.
