I've logged on and off this app for a while now. I can't describe how much Daylight helps my life when I needed a push, especially when I can't easily spend money for professional help (the app is not a substitute for that help). The user interface, the cartoon, the small exercises, the closed captions, and the soothing narrator are a complete package of help to me Thank you so much for developing this app.

This app really helps me. There's no having to read lots of information. Or answering lots of questions. Any information that I do need to add is as minimal as I want it to be. The exercises really help to de-stress me too. I've tried a few of these stress and anxiety apps and this one is definitely the best for what I need.

Poor design. The app doesn't save 75% of the time, there's only a one-size fits all program that actually causes me physical pain, there's no way to give feedback on the exercises, and you can't skip anything. This thing spikes my stress rather than helping with it.

Does this seriously have no closed captions??! All I can see is a random cartoon, then a couple of questions, then there's a cartoon that moves around a tiny bit, more questions, another cartoon. I presume it's talking? How can something this important have a giant accessibility flaw?

Every moment spent with app is increasingly difficult. It doesn't have my email, wrong password after being changed, sessions are a joke. They sent a gift card that doesn't exist. And the latest instead of updating the current app, it added another separate app that will not accept my current credentials or already filled past sessions. This is more frustrating than my anxiety
