I like the bike, and it is fun to ride. The biggest issue I have is with the thumbprint to activate the bike. It rarely works more than once. I have to re-register my print almost every time I use the bike or turn it on via the app very annoying

Seems like the app is not working anymore. It can not update a location of a bike on a map, remote turning on is also not working (just says "the device is not online"). When connected by Bluetooth – it shows invalid battery level. Support chat is also not working, it says "compete the account first", but there are no incomplete fields in the account form. Really disappointed :(

Cannot delete favorites. Movement detection notifications insanely delayed making that feature useless. Support function doesn't work so was transferred to email yet app not updated to remove that. Same thing for Q&A. Advertised integration with Strata is apparently downright false as I can't find any way to connect the two and certainly can't figure out how to send a route to the bike.... will enjoy my bikes while I have and use them but will now not be a repeat customer going forward. A shame

Poor customer service and the bike app with not connect to Android Bluetooth. I can not activate my ebike the Utopia app.
