★★★★★
Uses this app I am fit and pass army physical training. I like this app
★★★★★
I would love if you put an expert workout and maybe a god workout with it too. I think it would make the app better and get a lot more people using it.
★★★★★
Love the app, but I noticed how there isn't an option to do exercises without equipment, I know it'll help you in the Army, but I don't have equipment or substitutes at home:/
★★★★★

★★☆☆☆
It's an awesome app but stops working day two of week two
★★☆☆☆
I've had the app open for less than 5 minutes and have already had to sit through 4 ads. Every menu option prompts a new ad. An ad plays as soon as you open the app. Select a workout difficulty and another ad plays. Select week 1, watch another ad. Select a workout from week 1 and watch yet another ad. Switch from workout menu to selection criteria menu and watch another ad. The developers of this app will gladly waste your time. Don't give it to me.
