Best app I have used. I wanted to get my photos takes for a US visa and to be honest going to a booth is kind of a hassle, and you can never be sure if it meets the visa requirements. Now with the verification of Smartphone ID it makes things so simple, and it's a bit cheaper than going to the booth as well. I am going to recommend it to everyone. Thank you Smartphone ID for saving me the time and the hassle.

Used this app for ID photos in France as well as passport photo in the USA. It's fast, easy and met the guidelines of all governmental agencies to which photos were submitted. In at least one instance, the speed of the processing saved me from missing an important deadline. Price is very reasonable for service provided. I recommend it.

Does not work for Passport Canada due to certain requirements. However, it did work for my Canadian Firearm License and Provincial fishing license.

This app is completely useless. It demands the pictures in the wong order, telling you to take a selfie, instead of a picture of a passport, but the selfie camera is disabled for PP photos. Then every photo is wrong -- completely plain, white backgrounds are too "decorated", you're too close or too far (from the same distance), "your face is slightly in profile" (when it's not), and "this is only a preview after processing" (WTB does that even mean?!?) Garbage. Negative stars.

Do not use. This app will take your money and give you a photo that immediately doesn't pass UK GOV website basic validation, and they won't answer any of your messages for support. Scam. Avoid!
