Highly recommend this service and application for any orders abroad. Despite I'm a little bit lame about customs operation, the service itself provided me with lots of assistance in receiving my packages. Some might find this application odd, but once you receive any package or fill any customs declaration, you will find it quite handy, compared to other services with almost no assistance at all. The app works great, allowing me to find any information about my packages, including tax forms.

App is struggling to function, I can't make a declaration, uix is garbage. The service of this company overall also sucked (unpredictable delivery time and price, no live support), avoid if possible.

I'd give 0 stars if i could. They replaced their customer service which wasn't really helpful to begin with AI that just responds with nonsense. Atp my packages worth several hundreds are pretty much stolen. The app is buggy af. Pretty sure they lost 2 of my packages and other 4 got stuck in customs bc their customs and their own website is bugged. I asked them to please keep my package and send it to geo later and AI answered me ofc. I asked for real person to confirm this. F BS srsly
