USAF PT Tracker

USAF PT Tracker takes the paperwork out of unit physical training accountability. Log your daily PT automatically, answer one quick question each duty day, and send your commander a report file they import with a single tap. Built for Air Force members whose unit runs PT tracking through the USAF PT Tracker app.

AUTOMATIC WORKOUT LOGGING

Your workouts fill themselves in through Health Connect — runs, lifts, swims, and HIIT recorded by Samsung Health, Garmin, Fitbit, or a Pixel Watch appear in your PT log automatically: workout type, minutes, done. No watch? Log any day by hand in seconds with the same codes your unit's tracker uses: Cardio, Weight Training, Body Weight, Swimming, or Multi, in 10-minute increments up to 120.

ONE QUESTION A DAY

At 1630 on duty days, a notification asks: "Were you provided time to exercise?" Answer Yes or No right from the notification or the home-screen widget — two seconds, and your unit's records stay squared away. Excuse codes (leave, TDY, quarters, profile, appointments) and no-PT reason codes cover every situation, exactly matching the unit fitness tracker spreadsheet.

REPORT TO YOUR COMMANDER

Tap Export My Report and send the file by email or messaging app. Your commander opens it in USAF PT Tracker on iPhone and your month appears on the unit dashboard — same roster, same color coding, same monthly Excel export as every other member. Re-send anytime; your report updates in place, never duplicates.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No accounts. No passwords. No ads. No data collection — everything stays on your phone, and your report leaves it only when you choose to send it. Health Connect access is read-only and used solely to pre-fill your own log, which you can review and edit.

Squadron, flight, and unit PT accountability without the spreadsheet drudgery — military fitness tracking that runs itself.

USAF PT Tracker is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the U.S. Air Force or Department of Defense. Commander features (unit dashboard, rosters, Excel export) are available in USAF PT Tracker for iPhone.
