Description
Utah County Parcel Map provides simple easy to use tools to assist you in understanding parcels and parcel ownership in Utah County. You will find an easy to use address search that will zoom the focus of the map to the corresponding address. There is also a parcel identification number search that allows the user to search for parcels by their serial number. There is also a name search that allows a user to search for parcel by owners name.
As the user zooms in closer and closer to a parcel, more data will be displayed on the map. Eventually, dimensions, descriptions, measurements, and boundaries will become clear to the user for each parcel in the county.
Information specific to each parcel comes up in a convenient call-out box when the user “clicks” on the screen.

Much better than the website I've used the web version of the Utah County parcel data. This is much better. Easier to use, easier to navigate, faster response, etc. Awesome job by Utah County on this app. This should be held up as an example to other counties and in general to other government agencies of how to deliver mobile access to public information. This app WAS super useful, but the new version is almost unusable. Before, you could search the name of a business, and it would highlight on the map every parcel in the county that matches or is similar to that name. Now, the search function hardly returns any results and only in a very inconvenient list constrained to a tiny portion of the screen. The map is suuuper slow to load and only loads the portion you're currently viewing, so moving your view requires reloading that portion of the map.

Please UNDO the recent update! This app worked really well 2021 through mid 2024. The update has made it almost totally useless. It does not open to the map. Searching is less productive than ever. Parcel info is more difficult to find. Please stop 'improving' something that worked just fine, unless those improvements will actually provide a benefit. As it is, it's mostly dead.
