App works fine, just need to have your receipt/order number, which was given to me when purchased at the park entrance.

Works great for me. Maybe the bugs are fixed now. Buy the pass online first then with the order number in the email you receive after buying it, go to the app and register your card. Makes the card good for 12 months instead of just that calendar year.

I bought my pass at the park and wasn't told to make sure I keep the little paper to use the information. Now I try to register my pass and I enter my information (which the license plate portion is stupid, we use different vehicles) and it only gives me the option to Download my pass but when I try to do that it tells me I don't have a pass registered. I got tired of going in circles and will just talk to a person when I go to the park again. Fix it before requiring it. T

I bought the pass and then went to the app to download on Android but when it asked for a receipt number--- what receipt? What number? There is no receipt number on the back of the card, and I don't recall getting a "receipt" when I purchased it from the gate and if I did, it was just for my credit card payment.
