Worst app ever and doesn't allow me to register after even 1 wrong try saying you have been locked out of your account for 24 hours, and when I tried correctly after 24 hours, it said hurray you have enabled mobile banking but got stuck there only and didn't register me, worst developers, they could have used LLM to develop banking application, would be still better than this pathetic app. I think the upper management responsible for it is busy in spending Uttarakhand people hard-earned money.

Is application me 1 September 2025 se avatar ke error aa rhi h jab bhi mai koi transaction kar rha hu......"something went wrong ! Please retry" koi h Jo is problem ko short out kar sakta h mai bank me avatar complain bhi kar rha hu par abhi tak koi solution nhi nil paya.......

It's very tough to use a corporate account through mobile. It should be a shame like we were using previously with the utgb app. Utgb works in a village area not in an urban area please think about it.

Wrost app. I am facing problem in M-pin change, I have tried to change M-pin about 50 times, but it always shows "please enter valid M-pin". I am following that stupid sequel rule but inspire of that It is not generating M-Pin. Once it changed but on the same time it showed that M-pin expire, generate new. And after that I am totally unable to generate new M-pin. Worst experience.

The branch manager of the selaqui branch is very arrogant and bossy. He misuses his powers. Baddest experience at this bank. Even the customer care doesn't pick calls. I will not recommend anyone to open his account in Uttarakhand gramin bank. Worst bank and worst manager. He straight away said to do his complaint.
