Description

Full description: Uttara Bank Limited celebrated 50th anniversary of its Banking Service in 2015. This well established and ancient bank has a rich history. With the initiation of some renown bengali businessmen it was established to facilitate the disadvantaged people of the then East Pakistan and started its banking operation officially on 28th January of 1965 in name of “Eastern Banking Corporation” with four branches which soon reached 60 just before the independence. During Non-cooperation movement in 1971, this bank performed the treasury function of East Bengal.

Now the bank wants to provide services with modern amenities and facilities. In this era, banking services are grip on the client. The bank launch mobile apps for those customers who want to stay close with bank. The features of the apps are:

I am using this Aps last two years. It's some items is very useful to me. It’s every Transection item is good, but limit is not much. It’s bank aps to Vikash transactions very costly. It’s so bed. Then Another banks to Vikash aps transaction are free. Many banks aps transactions to other bank online costing free. At means free online transaction. So I say the Uttara Bank authority. There are many Banks online bankin transaction is free, so your Bank transactions are same too same.

Uttara Bank’s digital banking and customer service are extremely low-quality. It takes an excessively long time to activate the card, and even after calling customer care, no permanent solution is provided; instead, the customer is harassed. In this current digital era, where almost all banks in the country keep 'Add Money' or fund transfers to bKash or Nagad completely free, Uttara Bank is charging an extra BDT 11.50 (BDT 10 + BDT 1.50 VAT) per transaction, which is completely illogical.
