It's really a major failure of an app, and as a student with a free account, I will be leaving vub as soon as I would have to pay for this lackluster app. It fails in so many ways it's actually insane, what's more, the old app was insanely better. It's really a major failure of a new app, having so many missing features that the old app had, here are some: not showing authorization and payments until time passed, and it has been authorized, not being able to copy iban, only 2 months of graphs...

Because of this app and web app I really consider leaving the VUB. The overall experience is very poor. App is slow, why the god on earth I have to enter the PIN twice when doing transactions (entering the digital code)? Scan of QR code during transaction check works for me 1 out of 5 times and there is no alternative (sms, push) if scan check fails. So I can not confirm the transaction. The worst of all is that vub used to have quite good app in the past. The current one is piece of Malala.

Huge downgrade compared to the previous app which had nothing wrong with it (it is still used for business accounts without issue). The new app is more confusing, shows less info about your account and has a bloated childish interface. After years of using both apps I have yet to find one thing the new app does better. For instance, the activation process for the old app on a new phone takes 30 seconds and is intuitive. I was unable to figure out the same for the new app for several days.
