It's really a major failure of an app, and as a student with a free account, I will be leaving vub as soon as I would have to pay for this lackluster app. It fails in so many ways it's actually insane, what's more, the old app was insanely better. It's really a major failure of a new app, having so many missing features that the old app had, here are some: not showing authorization and payments until time passed, and it has been authorized, not being able to copy iban, only 2 months of graphs...

It seems they don't care the slightest about user feedback since there was no major change in the past year or so. I think I had enough of this app and all the new changes they made lately to personal accounts, so I'm going to start looking for a new bank instead.

Because of this app and web app I really consider leaving the VUB. The overall experience is very poor. App is slow, why the god on earth I have to enter the PIN twice when doing transactions (entering the digital code)? Scan of QR code during transaction check works for me 1 out of 5 times and there is no alternative (sms, push) if scan check fails. So I can not confirm the transaction. The worst of all is that vub used to have quite good app in the past. The current one is piece of Malala.
