12/16/25 - Issue not fully resolved but totally happy with Guard team as R&D explained current limitations and sent local support team to update the firmware for partial fix. Love the sensible response from R&D and support from local team 10/13 - Reached out to Guard using quick help option multiple times as suggested but no response. 10/6 - The issue has been reported a year back. There has been multiple updates to the app since then, but this hasn't been fixed yet.

I am using the V-Guard Smart Pro 1200 inverter. The inverter itself performs well, but the V-Guard Smart app frequently shows "Internet Disconnected" notifications even though my Wi-Fi connection is stable. This results in unnecessary alerts and reduces the reliability of the smart features. Please fix the connectivity issue and improve the app's stability in the next update.

I'm unable to add my guard inverter to my mobile as it's showing continuously you are connecting to another device, fun part is in my whole building I'm the person who is having guard

The Battery percentage is not showing exact after 57%, after 57% it goes 97% in just one hours of 10A AC Mains charging. And using that 97% decrease rapidly. After 55% that will decrease slowly as a normal battery drain. I think that can be fixed by an update. If this will be fixed I will give 5star.

Trying to add my V-guard Smart Inverter 3750 to this app, and it simply throws an error message that I haven't selected a battery capacity. Funny thing is I am trying to add my inverter and not my battery. Even if I wished to add my battery capacity, there are no fields for it in the form. Only God and their developers know where to enter battery capacity.
