I have ordered multiple products. Without attempting the delivery, you guys are telling me that I was not home and delivery is to be rescheduled. This is the second time, and it's frustrating. Are you running a fake business here or what? I would like to cancel my order and initiate a refund ASAP. Order # 633125. Your WhatsApp support is pathetic. It doesn't connect to a live agent and there is no phone support too.

This was the very worst experience I have had all these years doing online shopping, have ordered an idol from vaaree, which was received under broken condition, have informed the same to the customer service via their WhatsApp, and placed a return pickup at their app, which was accepted, it's almost more than 12 days, the pickup is not organized nor payment refunded, trying to connect with customer service no response after Ai reply, trying to connect from 10th day no response
