By downloading the VCU Mobile App, members will be able to access their accounts to view account history, transfer money, and make loan payments. Along with full account access, members will be able to locate our branches and ATMs and view office hours and phone numbers. Latest update makes it useless for me. When I look at checking activity, I expect to see Memo info and amount at same time. New update, you have to click on each amount just to see the memo. Too much trouble. I'll delete this and go back to website. Developer apparently didn't put much thought into how the app would be used.

Checking activity should show each (pending} transaction which ones are authorization holds and which are ACH entries and total for each. I have to go to a different screen to see which are authorization holds. Have to use a calculator to determine balance. Ridiculous!
