★★★★★ I can see the bus routes and the ETA to my bus stop. The map doesn't load so I can't see the bus in real time.

★★★★★ It's the best bus u can ride its on time

★★☆☆☆ This app is not very accurate about bus arrival times. Ex: I have literally seen the bus coming and the bus pulling up to a stop when the app said the same bus would not at the stop for another 45 minutes. With all the constant construction work in Walla Walla Washington, it makes getting stops nearly impossible. The app is too old school.

★★☆☆☆ GM was very rude when I (an essential worker) was concerned about being late for work because the company as a whole made no attempt to warn regular/new customers (I pay) about route/time changes. The GM straight lied about saying this app would have all the current route/times. After realizing the app was not correct at all, I called dispatch and a completely different employee states "oh yeah that hasn't been updated in days." Really tusting company when their "GM" blatantly lying to riders.
