I changed my mind. Don't judge me. After I got past the weird issues with choices skipping sometimes, this game was incredible. Once I became invested more in the story...god. I was hooked. I finished it twenty minutes or so ago. I actually agonized over a choice I had to make for ten minutes. I was weighing the pros and cons. I will definitely play this again. There are so many things that could have gone differently. Night road is by far the best VTM game to come out of Choice of Games.

An amazing story! One of the best interactive novels out there. Wish there was a way to have a "new game plus" maybe have the achievements grant bonuses or something, but that's just so there is more value in replaying th story other than just trying to get all of th achievements. First play through was Camarillo as a Tremere (the best clan) second was Julian and as a Lambda (the other best clan)

I don't want to admit that I played this game 3 days in a row just to finish it (but I did) The ending was a twist i kind of expected, but it felt familiar to the Vampire Bloodlines ending. I struggle to find people to play Vampire with and this really scratched that itch I really enjoyed the story. It glitched a couple of times with the stat menu or some choices but yeah really enjoyable

I very much enjoy it. I will say though, you do need some familiarity with Vampire: The Masquerade for it to really click, either from Bloodlines (highly recommended btw) or the TTRPG.

Great writing, but unpleasant restart system. The storyline, writing, and general gameplay mechanics are amazing. That being said, a lot of people will simply never finish the game due to the death/restart mechanic. I can explain with one experience of mine. I was hours into the story and fully invested in my character. In a single encounter I made bad decisions. Game over. Back to the start, and if I want to get back to the same place I'll need to retread my steps over those hours.

Over $10 for a text adventure? Nope. Especially since you have no idea how much value you're getting for it. And the expansions, I'm definitely not shelling out that kind of money just to swap around a few keywords in the same story.
