Unfortunately since the last update (since the battery km range option rather than %) the battery levels in the app are wildly inaccurate. I went for example 1.4 km to the supermarket today, and it spent 27% of the battery. This morning the battery level went from 60% before the supermarket to 86% after. Will there be a fix coming for this? Is this a known issue? (issue now resolved after the last update a few days ago, thanks guys!) 😎

I'm writing this review to share info with Vanmoof owners. Though the company is experiencing hard times (and you have every right to be concerned), before you write a 1-star review, just know that even if their servers go down, another app called Bikey can securely store your key. It's developed by Cowboy and all it does it store your key. Give it a shot if you're concerned about being locked out of your bike, given VanMoof's current situation.

After the recent firmware update, my android phone does not connect to X3 bike, it used to be just fine before the recent app update, I could easily give 0 rating if I could.

Will not stay connected to the bike or my phone's (Android) Bluetooth. I have to restart my phone and bike every time. Vanmoof, you know about this problem. Why won't you fix it? When I email customer service their response is "please let us know of any suggestions you have on improving the app." I'm not an app developer nor will I work for free. You all should hire one.

If I leave background connection on, then it drains my bike battery by up to 10% per day just sitting in the house. If I disable background connection, then I have to force close the app and reopen it to connect to the bike to unlock 😔
