I've had a Vanquish card since May 2014. They've helped me lot & I've only made a complaint once & that was about 8 years ago. During Covid-19, they are extremely supportive when I had to stop working due to my health & have helped me increase my credit score by over 650 points. I've been offered credit cards with nearly x3 the limit of Vanquish & more than half the interest Vanquish charge, but I don't care, I will never leave them. Thank you so much giving me the chance to be a good customer.

Update #2: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Update #1: I have been unable to make payments via Pay It for the last two months. I have contacted support via email and sent screenshots, but there have been no further updates. Pay It gives instant updates to available credit and is one of the main reasons I use the app. I will update my review once this is fixed. Original: New design is fantastic. Easy to view balance and make payments.

Cant get past the easy access digital statements page as it doesn't scroll but the accept button is below the bottom of the screen so now I cant use the app

Cant open app to make a payment ir anything. Pop up asking for permission to manage calls (why? Totally unnecessary permission) but pressing, allow or deny or continue does absolutely nothing and app even after yet again updating is inaccessible. Edit. Still keeps asking for phone permissions even though enabled. Also, pay by transfer, quick and easy, yeah, it ain't. Just took 30 mins to transfer, used 2 different banks but both the same, common denominator...vanquish. Awful app
