Does not accept non-German IBANs, even though they are part of the SEPA area. I had to change my contract, and it won't let me use the existing IBAN I have been paying from for 2 years. It makes you type the IBAN again, and then has the audacity to tell you it is wrong. It is not. My IBAN is part of the SEPA area, and it is therefore illegal to discriminate against it and force consumers to open a German bank.

The login flow is broken after the last update. I was automatically signed out and stuck on the Firebase Analysis screen: both buttons were just "spinning" on press, but nothing happens.

There is no support to change IBAN in the app. The app is also in German very hard to use every time to use translator. Your website is also broken entirely, I cannot check even the contract and nobody cares to fix it for months it seems. I checked 6 months ago, same loading window on the website. Thinking to change the provider for this reason.

This is most definitely broken app. Can't even register my contract in the app, and then never receive any explanation why the electricity cost continues to increase every year in the post or email for 8 years. Switching to another provider.
