Vault Check is the Health & Safety app that lets you carry out inspections wherever you are, all from the convenience of your smartphone or tablet. Easily and efficiently manage your requirements for assets, people, processes or locations with simple checklist templates.
Customise templates: Create checklist templates that suit the needs of your inspections.
Schedule activities: Set time frames for inspections or follow up activities and assign them to people.
Get visual: Capture photos or videos to ensure your inspections are accurate.
Get creative: Use the sketch tool to draw diagrams or mark up photos.
Track locations: Use GPS to stamp an inspection with a specific site location.
Review progress: Check dashboards to see your progress and review completed inspections.
Access anytime: Operating both online and offline, nothing prevents you from carrying out inspections in real time and from any location.
Reliable data sync: When you complete or submit an inspection, the app uploads your answers, photos, and videos and downloads the latest form templates in the background. To keep your data transferring reliably — even when you switch to another app or have an unstable connection — the sync runs as an Android foreground service. A persistent notification ("Vault Check — Syncing") is shown while the transfer is in progress so you always know what is happening. You can also cancel the sync at any time using the Stop Sync button in the notification or directly from the in-app cancel button. The sync stops automatically once the transfer is complete.
Built for modern Android: Vault Check is optimised for Android 11 and above, taking full advantage of the latest platform security improvements, performance enhancements, and reliable background processing to give you the best possible experience.
