Works as advertised (so far). When I set the camera to record in 1 minute loops, there's no gap in continuous recording (AFAIK, but it's my first day using it). I'm actually pretty pleased with how it works, especially after reading some of the negative reviews before installing the app (for me, it works exactly how I expected it to -- it continuously records in 1 minute chunks, and you can connect to it via Wi-Fi and download them). I didn't update firmware, and will report back any cons.

This dash cam has some of the best views and is clear picture it works very well, and I like the fact that it will talk back to me and tell me whether it has the right SD card or not also it will tell you if it is doing emergency recording I definitely recommend the vava to anybody that has a vehicle I might even get a second one for my other vehicle

Won't connect since I upgraded my Android phone. Even it worked, the use of Wi-Fi to connect was clumsy. Now it's so broken, even the Help feature in the app won't connect. Going to try reading off of the card, but if that doesn't work my dash cam is basically a brick now

Keeps disconnecting from camera when trying to download videos, then the wireless connection disappears and can't connect at all and the only way to get it back working is to reset the camera, so frustrating as it used to work flawlessly... The camera is actually decent quality but with such an awful app that you have to use it pretty much ruins the whole product
