Works as advertised (so far). When I set the camera to record in 1 minute loops, there's no gap in continuous recording (AFAIK, but it's my first day using it). I'm actually pretty pleased with how it works, especially after reading some of the negative reviews before installing the app (for me, it works exactly how I expected it to -- it continuously records in 1 minute chunks, and you can connect to it via Wi-Fi and download them). I didn't update firmware, and will report back any cons.

I use my dash cam every day for about 120 miles, I can't figure out how to get the rear camera working, plugged it in but no dice, other than that the app works like it's supposed to; constantly records at 1 minute intervals, and its helped alot in a few accidents I've watched, I recommend this to all my friends

The app says it needs to update. Google says it is up-to-date. However, it won't connect to the camera without updating, and thus you can't see what the camera sees. Thus, app stinks!

Time to get rid of my Vava dash cam. I will never get another one. It sucks BIG TIME. I can't get the Wi-Fi to show, and I put on a 256gb sun disk

Can't download videos through app, and you can't even preview the videos without downloading them in the first place.
