The new version of the app is much better, been a member of the credit union since I was a child. Good customer service and support. Really like the snapshot feature and biometric log in. Thanks for the improvements!

The app hasn't worked since they updated their online software a couple of months ago. There has been no word about updating this app to work with the new online system.

Horrible app, has been down for the past couple of months. Can't access my account info. An update to the system should take only a day or maybe 2 but for at least 2 months! Come on!!

Since update, this app is useless for Android users. It's been this way for months now. No modern business should take this long to identify an issue and to then fix the issue. Really disappointed in VCCU.
