I've been with Lookout CU (previously ISU CU) for about 18 years and LOVE them!!! I've had experiences with at least 5 other financial institutions and Lookout CU is BY FAR THE BEST for customer service & financial options that fit our needs. I have been so thankful for their help & appreciate their professionalism. I just wish they had a location in Chub buck again.

We really appreciate all "Look Out Credit Union" does, they are our only Bank. All the staff is amazing, customers come first with any banking needs.

The app and website go down CONSTANTLY, and I can't log in (its rither errors or perpetual loading screens). The app also logs me out frequently, and I can't log back in without calling the bank. Did not have these issues until after the switch from Isuzu to lookout.

The lastest update make it impossible to remote deposit checks. It used to work flawlessly, but now it always says that the amount entered is not the same as detected on the check. It's rejected multiple check from several different places in this manner, and I always have to go in to a branch to get it done. Once it's fixed, I'll change my rating.
