I've been with Lookout CU (previously ISU CU) for about 18 years and LOVE them!!! I've had experiences with at least 5 other financial institutions and Lookout CU is BY FAR THE BEST for customer service & financial options that fit our needs. I have been so thankful for their help & appreciate their professionalism. I just wish they had a location in Chub buck again.

I can log on to the credit union website through a browser, but the app will not accept my login credentials. I keep getting a message that my username or password are invalid, despite having used them successfully not 10 seconds before on the website.

I haven't been able to open this app for over a week. I called and spike with the bank about it. They said to do an update, but there isn't one available. Hopefully, they get it figured out soon.

The app and website go down CONSTANTLY, and I can't log in (its rither errors or perpetual loading screens). The app also logs me out frequently, and I can't log back in without calling the bank. Did not have these issues until after the switch from Isuzu to lookout.
