Works fine for what it's supposed to do: buy fares and show them to the bus driver. However, they should come out with a newer version with Google Pay support so people can pay with debit cards. For people complaining about bus routes and scheduling, that's a different app.

Not being able to buy single tickets and being forced to buy pack of 10 is really annoying like why would you drop the ability to buy just one ticket

Just plain awful. No Google Pay integration, only accepts credit card as payment, and when you finally do break down and put your payment info into this backwoods app with zero security and try to buy a pass or ride ticket it immediately fails the transaction. Yet another disappointment from Belleville Transit and city services in general. Don't even waste your time.

Is it just me, or are the number of grammatical errors that make you not want to use the app. It looks as if written by a scam artist from another country. Shame on Belleville. People have enough trust issues.
