I would love a change if your guy can provide the function of Google Assistant/previous song /next song on long hold press in your app as it become more customize_able and convenient to us, People literally need only one button to on / off anc/transparency/disable button, It would be a great thing to make long hold press as common button instead of just that three (anc/ transparency/disable) thing. It's a genuine concern please you may update the app earphones with these required function.

One of my earphone was lost. And luckily I found it after 2 days. But now I can't connect both of them with the Bluetooth. Only the left earphone is getting connected whereas the right earphone got disconnected and nothing is showing in the app about the right earphone. Only the red light is flashing. Can anyone please help me/tell me how can I connect it with my right earphone. In fact there was no customer help in the app. So disappointing...
