Worst customer service. Today on 14/05/2025 they have delivered spoiled milk. I also lodged complaint, but nobody is following and responding calls.

Worst milk vendor ever. 2 times milk wasn't delivered, and they mentioned in app it's been delivered. many times received a message milk delivered around 6 am, and it was delivered around 8 am. I middle milk quality was degraded, when I raised complaint no conclusion received. Above all when my wallet was just 1 or 2 rupees less they cancelled my subscription, and now they are not giving mine remaining amount mentioning it was a cashback which u have already used. The company need to work on delivery improvements. Multiple times milk is snot delivered but App shows milk delivered and damount is deducted. Free ghee delivery on 3000 recharge also to be ensured onetime.

They are totally unprofessional in terms of service. It happened twice. No milk delivery and no update. I take milk delivery at alternate day frequency and today during festival there was no milk delivered and there was ni update. Customer care unresponsive and unaccountable. This is my last month with Vedas Edit: June 9,2024. While the delivery issue have gone worse they have resorted to fraud now. They marked milk as delivered, without delivering and not accepting the photo evidence.
