The Want to Watch list represents your intentions, titles you've committed to seeing. Because it's a distinct, dedicated list rather than a generic pile, you can treat it like a real queue and work through it deliberately.

As priorities shift, updating a title's status takes a single interaction. A film that jumps to the top of your interest can move from backlog to Watching immediately, while something that's dropped off your radar can be reassigned or removed without disrupting the rest of the list.

Vegas UA's status system also prevents duplicate tracking. Once a title is in any of your four lists, it's already accounted for, so you'll never accidentally add the same film to your backlog twice or lose a series between statuses.
