Only reviewing because of so many bad reviews, and I almost didn't give the app a chance. I used the app for the first time, and I personally have NONE of the issues in the reviews. I was able to have my keyboard come up just fine, put in my tracking, and everything popped up in seconds. Super simple to use and effortless. I always check reviews first but honestly give it a shot first. Then if it doesn't work uninstall, but for so many people with terrible experiences, I had zero issues!

Absolutely useless I copy the tracking number they gave me via email and on the app it says there is no delivery with that number.

The delivery company is horrific!!! The app has none of the features The support team has stated. They continue to place my packages in the Alley, which is basically the street! So I never receive any of my deliveries!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Only ever had one experience with this company, and hopefully it's the only one I ever have to suffer through. Ordered a freakin toothbrush from Quip, after a wild bad service experience; got an email a day ago that my delivery was delivered.... nothing at my door, nothing at my mailbox. The tracking site says "delivered," and had two photos of my apartment GATE where they apparently left the package??? So now it's gone, and they're like, "nothing we can do, it was delivered." unacceptable.
