Only reviewing because of so many bad reviews, and I almost didn't give the app a chance. I used the app for the first time, and I personally have NONE of the issues in the reviews. I was able to have my keyboard come up just fine, put in my tracking, and everything popped up in seconds. Super simple to use and effortless. I always check reviews first but honestly give it a shot first. Then if it doesn't work uninstall, but for so many people with terrible experiences, I had zero issues!

Absolutely useless I copy the tracking number they gave me via email and on the app it says there is no delivery with that number.

The app is useless. I am unable to manage delivery, even though it says I should be able to. No updates on my package after a delivery attempt on the 6th and when I try to reach them via the customer service text like I get no response.

The delivery company is horrific!!! The app has none of the features The support team has stated. They continue to place my packages in the Alley, which is basically the street! So I never receive any of my deliveries!!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!
