I have purchased Nilkamal Gem mirror online, it was delivered through Indian Post Office. There was little damage to the brush stand inside even though the product was packed carefully. I have informed the concerned team on WhatsApp, and they have resent damaged part, yet to be delivered. The support was excellent. I couldn't get Nilkamal Gem mirror online on any other platforms even in Nilkamal showrooms in Bangalore or my hometown furniture shops. The only place I could get is on Velan Stores

Without stock, they are taking orders. If you don't have stock mark as sold out or coming soon. Do not take orders, and full payment and say it will take 20 days and that too is not guaranteed. By the way I placed order for induction stove .for refund they deducted 245 rupees saying gateway and shipping without having stock!!

Very bad customer service. I placed an order on 24-03-2026 and was initially hopeful about the product. When I followed up after three days to check the shipping status, I was informed it would take 15 days to dispatch. While the wait was longer than expected, I was willing to be patient. However, after 10 more days, the order was suddenly cancelled without prior notice. It was disappointing, especially since the delay or cancellation wasn’t communicated transparently at the time of my inquiry.

I have ordered one item from the store, in the top it is mentioned that item will be dispatched in 2 to 3 days, somewhere at the bottom of description, they mentioned that it will take 20 days. When I canceled the order, without asking second question as if they are waiting for cancelation, deducted 5% of total value. Don't order before reading. And take screenshot if you really want to order
