Application restarts itself on leaving the screen, can't stay in the background, no pasting data on the transfer form is possible (after 2-3 switches between apps). Many tries, no problem with memory on the phone, critical bug. Latest update.

Great user experience, clean design, possibility to stick important features to main screen before log in. I used different apps like PKO BP, Pekao and Millennium, and it's the best one. Chapeau bas!

The app is entirely in the Polish language, no issue with the language itself but at least they can give an option to change the language to english for those who want to use it in English.

This is a genuinely horrible app. Following the recent update, doing anything takes forever. I had to repeat my Blik payment because the first one timed out after showing me a spinner for a minute! I'm considering changing my bank, just because the quality of this app is so poor that it makes online payments near impossible. Not to mention all the ads and bloat added in recent years. While the bank itself is fine, if you plan to use their app often, I strongly advise against choosing them.

This app forces own custom keyboard while logging in "for security reason", unable to use my password manager. This app forces me to use simple login and password, because app designer decided they know better that I don't need secure access. Time to move on and stop using my Citibank cards after 20+ years.

You buy Citibank where all expats use it for english then force all expats to use 40% english translated website and app that cannot be activated without Polish voice call even if you use english then it keeps getting stuck saying welcome. If you're not ready for Citibank users don't force it and let them access their money on citi app absolute localization failure
