My Scenes weren't working correctly. I contacted support to help me. Leandro connected with my Vera hub and did an awesome job. He read my problem, kept in touch with me throughout the process asked questions as to my needs. My scenes are set up and working properly. Vera support is great.

I'm using VERA HUB for years. No problem with the HUB. Brilliant! Well-made, handsome device on my desk. My only issue is the mobile UI. Using 3rd party app on my phones, at home, I have a couple of Tablets, from day one. Unfortunately the 3rd app not available any more (Imperihome). It would be nice if Vera made some easy to use, stylish (one click app) to control my home. (I'm not saying something similar than Imperihome, but it would be nice to control some newer Wi-Fi devices from the same app ;)) I don't want to switch to other system as Vera does exactly the same what other (more expensive) system on the market.

Creating, editing, using scenes with the app does not work. Changing device status does not update without closing and reopening the app.

Difficult to add devices. Scenes don't always work. App just removed my controller for mo reason. Layout is terrible.

I tried to install my new eEzlo plus controller and the Vera app saw my ELO, but could not complete the registration and the app hung and took over my phone. I uninstalled the app and rebooted my phone, then tried to reinstall with the same results. I previously had tried the vera app with an older Vera hub. It worked, and I was looking forward to this newer controller. I'm waiting for help.
